Looking for a site supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activties to ensure the project is being completed safely and on time. The will also be accepting deliveries and checking items delivered as well as releasing any stored consumable items being used by the various trades on site and checking stock. Site is a small refurbishment of an apartment building and role includes the supervision of stripping of items from sites and storing them or disposing of them by the contractor, overseeing the laying of new tiles, joinery work installation, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, painting, lighting and plumbing works, and other finishes installation, aluminium windows cutting and re-installation and furniture / decor items installation.
