Job description - Creditors Assistant
We are seeking a Creditors Assistant to join our accounting and administration
Experience:
- 3 + years in creditors capturing function.
Personal attributes:
- Good verbal and written skills,
- Attention to detail,
- Confident and positive attitude,
- Deadline driven.
Creditors responsibilities:
- Process expenses on accounting system,
- Capture expenses against correct ledger codes,
- Reconciliations as required,
- Various admin functions as required,
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on missing documents,
- Capture information on Excel spreadsheets
Software:
- QuickBooks online,
- Excel,
- Asana or related project management tool.
