Duties and responsibilities
- Responding to incoming calls and assisting customers with their queries
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Handling complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Capturing customer information and call outcomes on internal systems
- Meeting performance targets, including call quality and turnaround time
Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
- Minimum 3 months of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
