We are seeking a Delivery Manager (Consumables Supply Chain) to join our Screening team in factory Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating project management in CNS Supply Chain.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, services, or products to clients or internal stakeholders. This role involves managing timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
In this position, you will report directly to the Director, Fabrication and Assembly Operations, Central.
This position is mainly located in Germiston, Gauteng.
TEAM YOU BELONG TO
You will join our Screening team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Clients, Managers, Internal Staff, Suppliers and Customer Sales Relationships & Client Base.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects or services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, BL Project Manager and other stakeholders during the delivery phase
Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and support
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
Track and report on key delivery metrics and KPI’s
Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
WHO YOU ARE
Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in project or delivery management
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in same or similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Elementary analytical skills and bias for action and detail-oriented behaviors are required
Ability to collect data & information to make analysis & recommendations
Awareness of optimization and costs and performance results is welcomed
Motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
Communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Travelling is not required on a regular bases

Full drivers’ license with clean drivers record
