Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of Modern Workplace projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into clear technical solutions.
Modern Workplace Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies to design and deliver solutions that drive collaboration and productivity.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment to business goals and smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, validation, and best practice standards to ensure solutions are robust and reliable.
Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver user training programs to maximise adoption and drive long-term value.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and business analysis.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with change management principles.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technology trends.
