K and K Media seeks to appoint a skilled Digital Editor to join our team. As a digital editor, you’ll be responsible for creating, editing and publishing high-quality digital content across various platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and are up to date with the latest digital trends, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Managing deadlines and scheduling to ensure timely publication of news content
Assigning stories to reporters ensuring they meet deadlines
Conducting research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy of news content
Planning and coordinating news content, including deciding on story angles and coverage
Create, edit and publish engaging digital content across our platforms
Collaborate with writers, designers and other stakeholders to produce high quality content
Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or media studies
Proven experience as a digital editor or similar role
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
Excellent knowledge of digital platforms and trends
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
