Your Purpose...
- At Virgin Active, we are on a mission to inspire people to live active, healthier lives and we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us do just that.
- This role is at the heart of our marketing engine supporting campaign delivery, centralizing creative, managing timelines and helping bring our bold, disruptive ideas to life. You will be the go-to person for keeping things moving, ensuring every activation and campaign is delivered with energy, precision and on time.
Your Duties and Responsibilities...
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of all digital and brand marketing briefs.
- Track and communicate campaign timelines, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Act as the central link between internal teams, creative, media, and agencies to keep projects running smoothly.
- Maintain an up to date marketing calendar and proactively flag bottlenecks or risks.
Creative Asset Management
- Centralize and organize all creative assets across platforms and campaigns.
- Ensure creative files are correctly labeled, version-controlled, and easily accessible for internal and external use.
- Support in packaging and distributing assets across digital, social, and media teams.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate internal check-ins, campaign WIPs, and task tracking to keep everyone aligned.
- Share regular status updates with stakeholders across departments.
- Ensure clear communication of campaign progress, changes, and deliverables at all times.
Activation & Event Logistics
- Support the team in coordinating logistics for brand activations, sponsorships and in club events.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure on brand, seamless delivery.
- Assist with planning timelines, budgets and post-activation wrap-ups.
Presentation & Reporting Support
- Assist in the creation of professional presentations, strategy decks, and campaign reports.
- Format decks in line with brand CI and ensure stakeholder ready output.
We can’t live without… (Minimum Requirements)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or project support role
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Solid project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Docs
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and creative formats (social, display, email)
- Are a natural organizer and problem solver
- Are calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
