In addition to this, you will also be supporting our online travel booking system - TravelIT.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of a Matric qualification is needed to apply
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP Administrator
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
- CRM experience advantageous
- Strong financial background, including AP, AR, P&L, and Balance sheets
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, update and test the ERP software and related components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to keep the system secure and up-to-date.
- User Support.
- Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related issues.
- Provide technical support and resolve user-reported problems.
- Assist employees with system navigation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Data Management.
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within the ERP system.
- Manage user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.
- System Customisation and Configuration.
- Work with business units to understand their needs and customise ERP modules accordingly.
- Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards to match business processes.
- Collaborate with developers for advanced customisations and integrations.
- Training and Documentation.
- Train end-users on how to use the ERP system efficiently.
- Develop user manuals, guides, and training materials.
- Offer workshops or one-on-one training sessions for new employees.
- System Integration.
- Integrate the ERP system with other software applications (e.g., CRM, HR, payroll systems).
- Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems to support cross-departmental processes.
- Reporting and Analysis.
- Create and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics based on system data.
- Support management with insights for decision-making and strategy planning.
- Compliance and Security.
- Ensure the ERP system complies with organisational policies and external regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorised access.
- Performance Monitoring.
- Continuously assess the system’s performance to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimise system performance.
- Collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, finance, operations) to align the ERP system with organisational goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades or support.
- Manage the fixed assets for the group.
