About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full HR lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work across departments and contribute to the development of a supportive and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Administer employee records and maintain HRIS systems
- Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR policies, labor legislation, and disciplinary procedures
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for internal use and audits
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience (generalist or specialist roles)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., Sage, BambooHR, etc.)
