WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Duties will include the following:
- Drive accurate receipting of goods and services.
- Processing and maintaining the relabelling and retesting process.
- Service rendered (Goods Receipt Management).
- Manage the asset registry.
- Monitor and execute stock adjustments.
- Support the processes in Non-Conformance management.
- Support the adherence of the disposal process.
- Maintain and support Environmental Health and Safety incident reporting at stock keeping sites.
- Ensure all documents regarding policy are in line with BASF policy.
- Ensure compliance on the processes and procedures; and alignment with Controlling.
- Champion the Service Entry costing processes.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- 4 years experience in Supply Chain and Finance.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management and customer facing functions will be beneficial in this position.
- Academic background with a degree (minimum Bachelor degree) in Business Administration.
- Excellent PC, Microsoft office (Outlook + OneNote) skills are required. High knowledge of SAP (MM modules) is a must.
- Good knowledge, understanding and previous involvement in inventory management and warehousing functions.
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English
