Job description: Kitroom Representative
Job Overview:
Responsible for work orders specific to their product line and/or workstation. Responsible for knowing, following, and not deviating from the appropriate procedures assigned to their product line and/or work station. Must have ability to show proficiency in their assigned area by having approved competencies. Must uphold quality standards. Supports the Sales team through the decontamination of used kits; checking and replenishing used Kits; dispatch, booking and coordinating used Kits; inventory management of used Kits.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions
- Meet performance goals in key areas such as Quality, Customer Experience, Innovation, Team Development, and Operational Results.
- Responsible for participating in continuous improvement, daily/weekly cleaning and providing suggestions or ideas
- Responsible for personal production output and maintaining proper documentation or working with team to achieve team production targets
- Responsible for personal training, understanding procedures and accurately following all procedures and policies
- Responsible for successfully completing and maintaining competencies for all stations required to work

- Uphold quality standards and communicate proactively with Kitroom staff
- Works with some daily direction still required
- Punctuality and Attendance: Follow attendance policy as outlined in our company handbook
Education Essential:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Operations, supply chain management or similar.
- IT knowledge (MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet)
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a service role preferred
- Fluency in English, spoken & written
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have attention to detail
