Job Description
To manage administration and operations for the relevant branches to reduce operational risks.- Implement the operations and migration scorecard for the branch and the node.
- Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
