We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to Zorora's CIO and works closely with our in-house Digital Marketing and Design team

Key Responsibilities
Content Coordination & Scheduling
- Work together with our inhouse Mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist & Mid-level Graphic Designer to brainstorm & brief in social media content ideas and executions.
- Manage and schedule the social media content calendar across existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Champion building engagement on other platforms like TikTok & You Tube
- Plan and coordinate showroom content shoots highlighting new arrivals, promotions, and customer experiences.
- Ensure the in-store experience is accurately represented online through engaging visuals and stories.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for brand promotion.
- Drive online-to-offline engagement, encouraging foot traffic to our showrooms.
- Collect and curate customer stories and testimonials for marketing and loyalty initiatives.
Brand & Influencer Collaborations
- Champion rolling out our newly launched
- Review and approve new signups to Affiliate programmes, and report weekly/monthly on stats.
- Review influencer collaboration requests and pitch them in line with planning guide
- Collaborate with the marketing team and in-house designer to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with our PR agency to align external media communications and story angles.
- Engage with online communities by responding to queries, comments, and messages professionally and in line with our brand voice.
Campaign Execution & Engagement
- Execute social media campaigns, competitions, and giveaways.
- Provide real-time updates and insights from in-store interactions for use in digital content.
- Track social media interactions that convert into store visits or enquiries (lead generation).
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with editing proficiency.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
- Experience with influencer marketing and campaign coordination.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site and attend showroom content shoots when needed.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Chat GPT and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of social media advertising and lead generation strategies.
