- Conduct gap analyses to determine if all processes have written processes.
- Ensure standardized work to detect and eliminate waste in production.
- Conduct audits to determine if all standards are followed.
- Create and implement Kaizen principles for continuous improvement.
- Provide awareness training to all staff.
- Participate in MNPS Workplace.
- Prepare and distribute documentation for MNPS Awards.
- Conduct & participate in daily meetings to fuel continuous improvement with all hierarchy levels.
- Execute A3 process & track A2 targets monthly.
- Create Idea Management establishment (time plan, rules, evaluation).
- Ensure all CFT topics are executed.
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering.
