We’re looking for an organized, client-focused Onboarding Coordinator to act as the bridge between the Sales and Operations team. In this role, you’ll guide new clients through a smooth, professional onboarding process—collecting information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless transition into ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to receive and verify client details for onboarding.
- Guide clients through the structured onboarding process, ensuring all required information, documentation, and approvals are collected promptly.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure a seamless handoff after onboarding completion.
- Track progress against onboarding timelines and resolve any bottlenecks or issues proactively.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clients leave the onboarding process with confidence in your client's ability to deliver ongoing operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all onboarding activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an onboarding support role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to process adherence and follow-through.
- Comfort with administrative tasks, data entry, and managing documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in onboarding, client services, or account coordination preferred.
- Exposure to freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is a plus, but not required.

- Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.

- Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
