Compensation
- Base Pay: CAD $700 per month
- Commissions: $250 – $750 monthly (performance-based)

About the Role
As a Remote Outbound Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified sales opportunities for our team. You’ll play a vital role in our growth by connecting with potential clients through calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily
- Send follow-up emails to prospects
- Book at least 4 qualified appointments per week
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken — minimum 9/10)
- Computer with at least 4GB RAM
- High-quality webcam and microphone headset
- Stable, high-speed internet (test online via Google “internet speed test”)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MDT
- High energy, self-motivated, and strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily goals
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset
