Parts Controller
Location: Montague gardens
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Code B driver’s licence.
- At least 2-5 year’s working experience as a parts storeman.
- Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry.
- The ability to distinguish between various vehicle parts (Body parts, electronics, mechanical and suspension).
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the ordering of parts, tools, and consumables.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Update team on parts availability and arrival times.
- Receive/dispatch parts and ensure parts received correspond with invoices
- Store parts in an organised manner and ensure the stores are kept neat.
- Ensure the stores department complies with health and safety standards.
