Purpose of the Job
The People Delivery Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the People Partner portfolio, ensuring the seamless execution of people-related processes across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling the People Team to deliver an efficient, responsive, and people-centric service, supporting recruitment, onboarding activities, broader HR administration, coordination of employee lifecycle events, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

Job Objectives
People Partner Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to People Partners throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, changes, exits), ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for employee relations cases, performance management processes, and organisational changes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate logistics for employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, wellness activities, and other internal events, including scheduling and communication with participants.
- Track and follow up on actions from People Partner meetings, initiatives, and employee engagement efforts to ensure accountability and progress.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Process employee status changes, contract amendments, and other supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for People Partners and business stakeholders, utilising data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR practices and data management.
Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including welcome communications, equipment requests, orientation scheduling, and introduction to team members.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is completed, filed appropriately, and compliant with company standards.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and departing employees during their transitions, addressing inquiries and facilitating their experiences.
Contractor & Biometric Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contractor staff, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely processing.
- Track contract durations, renewal timelines, and liaise with vendors or agencies to maintain updated records.
- Coordinate biometric enrollment sessions and maintain accurate records related to biometric data and employee access.
Recruitment Support
- Schedule interviews and risk assessments while coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
Qualifications
Essential
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Essential
- +1 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
Preferable
- Experience supporting HR business partners or generalist HR functions, demonstrating an understanding of end-to-end HR processes
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and document management systems, showcasing ability to manage and maintain HR-related data (preferred).
