The Role
We are seeking a remote, customer-focused professional with at least 3 years’ experience in pest control services to handle calls, schedule technicians, manage urgent bookings, update CRM systems, and support customers, with excellent communication and service skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be located in South Africa, working UK hours.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer services experience in pest control / property services industry.
- Project administration, planning & scheduling / coordination of works experience.
- Laptop, reliable, stable internet connection with backup power during loadshedding. (a laptop can be provided)
- Excellent customer service background essential.
- Ability to assess and prioritise job urgency and technician availability.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills
- Ability to monitor job completions, follow-ups, and SLA targets.
- Disciplined to work remotely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing professional and helpful support.
- Sell pest control services confidently over the phone or via email (full training provided).
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, including office staff and field engineers.
- Schedule and manage works in technician diaries, ensuring efficient routing and workload balance.
- Follow up with field engineers to confirm job completions, gather updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate urgent/emergency bookings by prioritising jobs and reassigning where needed.
- Update CRM systems with job notes, customer information, and service reports.
- Generate upsell opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending additional services.
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, give treatment prep advice, and handle complaints professionally.
What We Offer:
- Fixed Hours with Overtime Options: Work from 8 am-5 pm UK hours (9am-6pm South Africa), Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to work weekends when needed.
- Competitive Salary: R228 000 per annum, with additional earning potential through commissions.
