Practice Manager – The Back Clinic, Rustenburg

Join The Back Clinic as our Practice Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our Rustenburg branch. This is a leadership role suited for someone who is solutions-driven, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting a clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all front-desk and admin functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage staff schedules, leave, and task delegation.
- Lead the reception with professionalism and accountability.
- Monitor appointment bookings, billing (including MedEdi), patient records, and daily reporting.
- Resolve issues proactively and implement efficient processes.
- Act as the key liaison between clinical staff, patients and support team.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols, data privacy, and healthcare standards.
- Contribute to team morale, patient satisfaction, and a high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and thinks ahead
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed
- Proficient in MedEdi, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare, medical or allied practice setting
- Professional qualification or clinical skills will be an advantage
- Experience in managing a small team or clinic is a strong advantage
- A relevant qualification in office administration, business management, or healthcare is preferred.
