City Residential Management is looking for an Estate Manager
Job description entails:
*Replying and sending out emails to residents
*Creating newsletters and notifications
*Updating access control systems
*Stationery and grocery orders
*Managing phone calls and queries
*Updating internal ticketing system
* Trustee meetings
* Quotes and project management
Would need to have the following attributes:
*Strong communication skills
*Organized and system driven
*Positive can do attitude
*Problem solver
*Independent worker and self motivator
* Knowledge of the Sectional Title Act and complex management essential.
* Experience as an estate manager would be advantageous.
Rotating offices around Fourways area
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm with evening trustee meetings
After hours and weekend assistance as and when needed.
Drivers license and own transport is non-negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
