About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can match the energy of a fast-moving sales team, work with precision, and assist in managing a range of customer orders and manufacturing documentation. You’ll report to one of the Sales Managers (Phumi or Bradley) and play a key role in ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly — from product quotes to delivery tracking.
This is not a typical admin job – it requires someone dynamic, logical, and tech-savvy, with prior experience working in manufacturing environments using MES systems and Bill of Materials (BoM) structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with customer communication, order tracking, and admin tasks
- Enter, track, and manage Bill of Materials in a manufacturing software system (MES)
- File, control, and update legal documents, diagrams, product specifications, and work orders
- Process customer service orders and assist in quoting and job planning
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all sales and production support platforms
- Maintain relationships with clients and assist in business development activities
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Use logic and problem-solving to find quick, effective solutions to client and internal issues
Requirements
- Experience in a sales administration or manufacturing sales support role
- Excellent understanding of BoM, MES systems, and production workflows
- Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
- Precise, systematic, and able to handle high volumes of admin
- Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with manufacturing or ERP systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with rubber or silicone manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders
