Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across the Gauteng region. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing and expanding the customer base.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Promote products to hardware retailers throughout Gauteng, identifying and engaging potential customers.
Oversee regional sales activities, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Direct and coordinate all local and regional sales operations.
Prepare sales budgets and projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Track and analyze sales performance using key quantitative metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
Define and execute territory-specific sales plans.
Provide weekly progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hardware retail sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
