RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse daily product turnover and assess the performance of trading channels, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for creating end-to-end solutions which includes problem definition, data acquisition, data exploration and visualisation
- Engage with Product Divisions and respective Division FA’s to monitor budgets against actual performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Product teams to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for product campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximise channel growth.
- Generate and test hypotheses and provide actionable and measurable insights
- Build dashboards and reports to help answer business questions
- Interpret and analyse data and present to stakeholders in presentations or reports
- Liaise with data delivery teams (Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse) to ensure accuracy and availability of trader performance related data
- Proactively seeking new knowledge in data analytics and visualisation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for channel expansion, optimisation and growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-Year related Degree (In a quantitative field such as Data, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
- 7+ years’ experience in data analytics.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience using Power BI and SQL
- Strong understanding of metrics like trading volume, channel conversion, and merchant performance.
- Knowledge of analytical methods (e.g. cohort analysis, regression, hypothesis testing).
- Familiarity with campaign metrics, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of BI tools, data pipelines, warehousing, and governance.
- Awareness of fintech trends and how to translate data into business decisions.
- Knowledge of digital products and the fintech industry is preferred.
