Responsibilities
· Conduct
user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Design
end-to-end experience journeys that meet customer needs and business goals
- Write
user stories and acceptance criteria to inform product development
- Design
and plan user testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and
technical requirements
- Develop
and maintain design documentation and design systems
- Enable
and coach teams on the practice of service design
Requirements
Skills:
· Strong
understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking
- Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficiency
in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Experience
with user research methods and analysis
- Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience level:
9-12 years experience in the role of Service Designer
Duration: 27 weeks
Travel : Middle East ;Yes (occassional travel for key events
like a workshop)
