We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our Exams team in Sub-Saharan Africa. This dual-role position is pivotal in driving strategic relationships with B2B clients and British Council Partner Schools, while also delivering high-quality IELTS teacher training across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic account plans to meet business targets.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
- Deliver official IELTS teacher training courses and pedagogical support across SSA.
- Represent the British Council at educational conferences and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and customer service (B2B/B2C).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in exams or education sector.
- University degree or relevant qualification.
- Excellent command of English (First Language level).
Additional Information:
- Weekend work may be required as part of test day operations.
- Travel across the SSA region may be necessary.
