Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain administrative systems and processes
- Handle data entry, reporting, and document control using inhouse ERP System
- Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft Excel
- Support internal departments with processing, inventory, customer services and logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional support to the Management team and wider team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP preferred (but not essential)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer Service Orientated
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
