TLC Worldwide is a global rewards and MarTech platform. And we can’t do all that without great creative concepts, that’s why we are on the lookout for a bright, ambitious idea led Art Director to join the South Africa creative team.
You will have a fully integrated communications portfolio, full of big ideas, both in terms of promotional mechanics, campaign positioning’s and executions.
What you'll be doing:
• Work with the wider South Africa team to help to create creative
innovative big concepts which help to land big business
• Create ‘door openers’ / ads to grab client’s attention and drive new
business enquiries
• Be energised about presenting your concepts to clients ( as part of a
team)
• Work fast and prolifically
• Accept creative direction with a smile
Who we're looking for:
You’ll be working for the world’s biggest brands across all disciplines and media, so need to apply strategic thinking to deliver big conceptual ideas that work commercially in our business. You’re happy when you are working in a very fast paced environment and
being very hands on. You are confident in front of clients. We believe we have removed the barriers that may hold traditional agencies back. We pitch furiously and fearlessly so you must be happy to embrace the organized chaos that ensues.
• Award winning creative ideas
• Proven experience in presenting and successfully selling in creative concepts
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to art direct designers/illustrators and editors
• Experience in an agency-based creative department
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere and After Effects
a plus
• Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
