Hours: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

What You’ll Do
As our Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple ongoing digital projects. You’ll work closely with creative, dev, support, and marketing teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Your day-to-day:
- Build and manage project timelines with precision
- Assign and track tasks across teams using our PM tools
- Lead daily stand-ups and weekly syncs
- Coordinate with team leads to align deliverables and deadlines
- Flag risks, blockers, or delays before they become problems
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely updates
- Escalate and resolve issues to keep momentum going
- Analyze team workflows and suggest improvements
What You Bring
- 3+ years in digital marketing or creative project management
- Experience juggling priorities across multiple departments
- Strong grasp of PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft 365, and Figma
- Excellent written/verbal communication (U.S. English)
- Calm, clear, and confident under pressure
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using AI or automation to boost efficiency
- You’re not just a task tracker—you’re a problem solver
- Must have an American Accent.
