The Role: Content Writer (B2B SaaS, remote)
We are seeking a writer-editor capable of transforming comprehensive research and AI-generated drafts into compelling, conversion-oriented articles that rank well on Google and drive demo requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and publish 3-5 blog posts weekly (including guides, comparisons, and case studies).
- Ensure accuracy by validating all facts and citing sources with dates and links.
- Collaborate using Google Docs with version history enabled; no raw AI outputs.
- Revise existing posts when search intent or product features evolve.
Nice to Haves:
- 2+ years of writing or editing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR technology, or a strong capacity to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated SEO expertise.
- Proficient in written English (C1+); IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge certification preferred.
- Ability to deliver an 1,800-word article within 48-72 hours post outline approval.
- Degree in Journalism, English, or Communications.
- Experience in editing AI-generated drafts or utilizing LLMs in the writing process.
- Basic HTML/CMS knowledge (Webflow, WordPress, etc.).
