Description:
The Banqueting Barman is responsible for preparing and serving drinks during banqueting events such as weddings, conferences, gala dinners, and private functions. The role requires high levels of customer service, speed, efficiency, and a solid knowledge of beverages and bar service standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Hospitality Qualification or Similar
- 1 – 2 Years Banqueting Barman experience
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
- Great attention to detail
- Presentable and well spoken
- Team Player who leads by example
- Ability to work shifts
