You’ll be the brand’s voice in the boardroom and its guardian in the field. From briefing to distribution, you’ll steer the creative process with precision, ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with our brand framework and customer-first ethos.
What you’ll do:
- Forge strategic alliances across departments to embed brand thinking into business decisions.
- Engineer campaigns that are not just compliant, but compelling—tested, refined, and ready to perform.
- Decode market signals and competitive shifts to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Craft product narratives and communication assets that resonate deeply and drive action.
- Command the creative ecosystem—from ideation to execution—while keeping budgets sharp and delivery seamless.
What you bring:
- A Marketing or Business degree (3-year minimum) and at least 5 years of experience in brand or direct marketing.
- Fluency in digital selling, project orchestration, and customer lifecycle strategy.
- A radar for market trends, a toolkit of communication channels, and a knack for analytical storytelling.
- You negotiate with clarity, research with rigour, and manage budgets like a strategist.
