Job Description
To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on Assurance products according to business needs, to facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Diploma
Field of Study: Finance and Accounting
- Matric/ National Certificate mandatory
- RE5
- An NQF 5 qualification recognized by the FSB
- FAIS Qualification Minimum of 120 Credits

Operations
1-2 years Customer Service Experience in Long Term Insurance (Credit Life and Funeral products) /Contact Centre Experience
