Hello Group is seeking to appoint a dedicated Collections and Support Administrator for Hello Rides to offer rent-to-own motorcycles to delivery drivers who bank with Hello Paisa. We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented administrator to provide operational and client support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administration, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with our drivers.

Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (confident in both debt collection and client support).
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in claims handling and debt collection (essential).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and capturing data accurately.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional and supportive approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Rental Collections:
- Contact existing drivers to collect outstanding weekly rental payments.
- Negotiate and follow up on overdue payments professionally and firmly.
Claims Administration:
- Assist drivers with claim submissions by gathering statements and required documentation.
- Collate and submit claims accurately and within set deadlines.
Asset & Document Administration:
- Manage the motorbike key register, tracking all key movements in and out of the control room.
Administration & Filing:
- Perform general filing, record-keeping, and document organisation.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks aligned with operational requirements.
