Executive Assistant to Multi-Business Owner
Location: United Kingdom- Remote Job open to all South Africans

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across three dynamic businesses — WT Lettings (property management), KK AV (events & entertainment), and KP Trading (product trading) — as well as handling personal and administrative coordination for the business owner.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, has strong attention to detail, and can balance creative marketing with meticulous administration. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations across all ventures while enabling the owner to focus on growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business-Specific Support
WT Lettings
- Design property listing templates, landlord brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create and schedule social media content and digital adverts.
- Maintain property admin systems including inventories, maintenance logs, compliance folders, and tenant/landlord onboarding.
- Book and confirm viewings, inspections, and check-outs.
- Research local property trends and prepare pitch decks for investors.
KK AV
- Create branded pitch decks, event flyers, promo videos, and visual branding assets.
- Research and contact potential venues, festivals, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate event logistics including DJ rosters, contracts, and technical requirements.
- Manage social media campaigns, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Track leads and build CRM systems for client management.
KP Trading
- Design product catalogues, flyers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain product and supplier databases with price lists, specifications, and certifications.
- Create and send marketing content via social media and email.
- Draft customer communications, quotes, and onboarding packs.
- Track orders, deliveries, and compliance documentation.
2. Central Executive Support
- Maintain a master calendar for all businesses and personal commitments.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and events while preventing conflicts.
- Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, prioritising communications and drafting responses.
- Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across all teams and projects.
- Prepare weekly business summaries for the owner.
3. Personal Administration
- Book travel, accommodation, and personal appointments.
- Manage household, lifestyle, and family-related arrangements.
- Organise important personal documents and records.
- Assist with personal purchases, events, and special occasions.
4. Creative & Strategic Support
- Assist in brand development and marketing strategy for each business.
- Suggest workflow improvements, new tools, and creative campaign ideas.
- Draft and format presentations, social media content, and newsletters.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role supporting multiple stakeholders or businesses.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence in Canva, social media scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and cloud-based file systems.
- Creative eye for branding, marketing content, and presentation design.
- Understanding of compliance, contracts, and operational workflows (property, events, or trading experience advantageous).
- Discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
