Job Title: Cullet Plant Team Leader.
Grade: PE08
Purpose of the role: To effectively lead and manage the operation of the cullet facilities, ensuring consistent performance at standard levels and maintaining cullet stock in accordance with quality process specifications and safety standards, through the optimal application of the Isanti management system.
Key Performance Areas:
- Ensure Cullet plant equipment maintenance is done as per suppliers recommended schedule and procedures
- Monitor and Control cullet stocks .
- Execution of planned and preventative maintenance program in accordance with desired standards
- Ensuring that downtime, in terms of planned and unplanned work, is properly managed. Efficiently and effectively resolve operational issues
- Responsible and accountable for the quality of the final product coming out of the plant
- Ensure that inspection machines are operating correctly Cullet stock control, management, and forecasting
- Adhere to Health and Safety measures e.g., wearing safety and protective equipment.
- Lead the team according to iSanti's leadership principles and values, including managing employee.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Btech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment required.
- Process Control knowledge.
- Knowledge and understanding of SCADA.
- Technical Engineering background is desirable.
