We're seeking a results-driven Retention Agent to join our team, focusing on debt review retention. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they adhere to their debt repayment plans, providing excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and debt repayment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Negotiate with clients and creditors to resolve debt issues
- Monitor client progress and identify potential risks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
