We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic Debt Review division. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales consultants, drive performance, and ensure delivery on targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of debt review sales consultants
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct performance reviews and implement coaching strategies
- Monitor and analyze team metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Report on sales performance to management
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- At least 2 years of sales management experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the debt review industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Target-driven with a strong understanding of debt review sales processes
