Demand Planner (1 year contract)

Responsible for the demand and supply planning for all B2B product
groups. Creates and maintains forecast models associated with customers and
products, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered
from various areas of the business

• Manage the monthly sales and operations process and where
  applicable, challenge activies and drive process improvement.

• Initiate, implement and lead cross-divisional projects to
  improve overall efficiency of supply chain.

• Evaluate
  and interpret complex situations and problems through analysis of trends and qualitative
  data.

• Train and/or mentor other Demand and Supply Planning
  Specialists where necessary and serve as best practice within EDSM.

• Communicate
  risks, constraints, and opportunities to key stakeholders proactively

• Collaborate
  with the BI team to enhance reporting and dashboard tools

• Analyse
  historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine
  forecasts

• Manage
  the end-to-end ordering and allocation process for customer licenses, ensuring
  timely delivery and activation

• Monitor
  slow-moving and aging stock, and work with Product Managers to implement
  reduction strategies

What we ask

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics
• Business Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Finance or Economics
• OR equivalent diploma with strong analytical foundation

Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous):

• APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management)
• SAPICS certification in demand planning or supply chain
• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)

Advanced Excel/Data Analytics or Power BI training/certification
