Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Planner located in Spartan Kempton Park. The Demand Planner will be responsible for accurately forecasting customer demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are readily available. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales trends, monitoring stock levels, creating demand forecasts, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing supply chain processes.
Qualifications and/or Skills
- Strong Finance skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy (Especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in the distribution industry is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities
