Depot Supervisor

The above vacancy exists in our Packaged Gases at our Port Elizabeth Facility, reporting to the Regional
Manager. Qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the role are invited to apply.

Overview & Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of the filling facility, as well as ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

1. Ensure a comprehensive overview of Customer Service operations.
2. Manage procurement of supplies and maintain relationships with creditors.
3. Oversee the production system and generate detailed reporting.
4. Uphold standards for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
5. Supervise HP Fill-plant operations and administrative tasks.
6. Facilitate training and development programs.
7. Coordinate efficient cylinder distribution processes.
8. Conduct thorough driver briefings and debriefings.

Essential Requirements

1. A minimum of N3/Matric qualification is required.
2. Must have a full understanding of office administration.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading work teams.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
5. Knowledge of safety and ISO standards relevant to Air Products.
6. Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
