Purpose of the Job
:
- Dialler administration and management PLUS the processing of daily/weekly and monthly reports which are required by both internal and external clients.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
:
- Matric Certificate (absolute minimum, with a pass mark >50%)
- Post graduate study preferable whether completed or not.
- Dialler experience will be a plus
- Vici Dial experience will be a preferred requirement
Job Responsibilities
:
Dialer
- Monitor live dialler screens and make the necessary decisions to keep the
agents busy, maximising agent talk time and minimising agent wait time
- Monitor and change Recycle rules
- Engage with Dialer Analysts providing daily feedback and
recommendations to improve dialer outcomes
Reports
- Update/Refresh, check Basic Vici Reports
- Some analysis will also need to be done and findings to be shared with the
Dialer Analysts
Competencies Required
:
- Good comprehension in the English language
- Good Excel skills, at least intermediate skills
- Self-motivated
- Enthusiastic & Energetic
- A quality orientation with acute attention to detail.
- Good time-management
- Good communication
- Analytical skills – MS office especially presentations
Salary; Incentives & Commissions
:
Working Hours (Mon- Fri)
:
Call centre shifts, plus one Saturday per month (08:00–13:00)
