About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, creation, optimisation, and distribution of digital content across multiple B2B channels. You’ll ensure that every piece of content — from thought leadership to campaign assets — is targeted to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and aligned to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Your goal: deliver content that not only informs but converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with global marketing objectives and regional growth targets
- Create and oversee production of high-quality digital content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and email campaigns
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure content drives measurable results across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Research, and Commercial teams to produce targeted ABM assets and industry-specific insights
- Ensure all content meets brand, tone, SEO, and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR)
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise content for engagement and lead conversion
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, or demand generation environments
- Strong editorial skills and the ability to turn complex data and insights into compelling, customer-focused content
- Experience managing content calendars, budgets, and external suppliers/agencies
- Working knowledge of ABM principles and ICP targeting
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
