PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- To produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for the design and manufacturing of custom-built commercial vehicle bodies, ensuring all designs meet production, quality, and compliance standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Create and update detailed technical drawings for commercial vehicle bodies and components.
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure designs are practical and production ready.
- Modify drawings in line with engineering changes or customer requirements.
- Maintain drawing records, revision logs, and standard templates.
- Ensure all designs meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Matric Pre-requisite.
- 1-2 Years Draughtsman experience.
- Proven experience drafting and technical drawing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in vehicle body building industry.
