We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our e-commerce marketing team. This mid-to-senior role will focus on campaign coordination, execution support, and data-driven optimisation across channels. The coordinator will work closely with the PPC specialist, content strategist and creative team to deliver seamless campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising or related fields.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytical tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social and other paid media channels.
- Assist with campaign reporting, tracking KPIs, and maintaining dashboards.
- Manage content calendars and ensure the smooth delivery of creative assets.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and timelines.
- Contribute ideas for improving campaign reach, efficiency and ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
- Manage ad hoc cross-business marketing projects as required to attain business goals.
