Job Description
To lead the delivery of all Operational Excellence initiatives & strategic programmes, optimisation, automation, Robotic Desktop Automation(RDA) & Intelligent Automation in the respective areas aligned with the Intelligent Process Automation COE. To lead the relevant business enablement practices, processes & systems to enable customer value add through effective & efficient service delivery across client segments, contributing towards maximising service revenue and optimising operating profit.
- Documenting all existing and new processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack.
- Capturing and maintaining a comprehensive crisis management, incident log, including root cause analysis and remediation workflows, to reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility.
The establishment of a Process Engineering function will be instrumental in:
- Elevating engineering maturity by embedding process discipline and continuous improvement practices.
- Enhancing delivery cadence through streamlined workflows and reduced operational friction.
- Enabling scalability through optimising processes and ensuring that the infrastructure can scale to support business growth and increased demand.
- Driving strategic alignment between technology operations and business objectives, enabling more responsive and resilient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree: Business Commerce / Information Technology (Required)

More than 10 years: The role requires a seasoned, holistic innovative leader who is customer focused with proven automation capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, gained from a track record of 10 years or more. Experience in leading business enablement practices, processes and systems to enable customer value add for the business. Financial services experience would be essential
