Event Production Manager required in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of experiential production experience
- Experience owning, leading, and managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills
- Strong account and client management skills, with prior experience leading and managing client communications
- Strategic project-related decision-making abilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented, self-starter
- Ability to work collaboratively with creatives and other departments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- A minimum of 5 years Event Operations, Production, service industry experience preferred;
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & Chase for costing or Trello
- Confidence to speak with clients and vendors with ease and authority;
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve;
- Ability to handle situations with grace and diplomacy; able to anticipate problems and present solutions quickly;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
