We are recruiting for a Trainer / Facilitator role, on a 3-year contract. The role is based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and user guides tailored to GCIS ECMS SharePoint Online and all eService applications.
- Deliver end-user training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to ensure effective adoption and usage of systems.
- Conduct training needs assessments and adapt materials to suit different user levels.
- Provide post-training support and respond to user queries regarding system functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure training content is aligned with system updates and business objectives.
- Document training processes and maintain updated records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training delivery and user support, preferably within ICT environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, structured training documentation and user-friendly learning materials.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience delivering ICT training in public sector environments.
- Exposure to eService or content management applications.
- Certification in Microsoft training or instructional design.
