Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to all staff and FOH
- Office Operations: Managing daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies
- Compliance Oversight: Oversee OSHA in the office
- Financial Management: Assisting with budget preparation, managing expenses, and processing invoices.
- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Staff Management: Supervising and training administrative and janitorial staff
- Facility Management: Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, arranging repairs, and managing relationships with vendors.
- Policy and Procedure: Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Event Planning: Organizing company events and celebrations.
- Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the office environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilizing various office software and equipment.
