As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll set the standard for comfort and hospitality.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Ensure apartments are guest ready and meet guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklist and SOP’s
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across 42 apartments
- Work hand in hand with the outsourcing cleaning company to maintain high cleaning standards
- Conduct regular / daily inspections ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory
- Coordinate with maintenance department on repairs and upkeep of the building / apartments
- Keep a sharp eye on health and food safety regulations
- Implement and monitor infection control protocols
- Maintain records for audits and regulatory inspections
- Foster a culture of professionalism within the department
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3 Years Housekeeping Supervisor exp.
- Relevant hotel, boutique hotel, Aparthotel experience
- Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality (advantageous)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience working on a housekeeping CRM system
- Individual to be able to work weekends
- Great leaderships / analytical skills
